Appellation Saint-Emilion Grand Cru
The vinification is done in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats, by micro-fermentation and pre-fermentation cold maceration for 72 hours.
Aging is carried out in French oak barrels for 12 to 18 months. (70% new barrels, 30% wine).
The annual production is 6,000 bottles.
