Appellation Saint-Emilion

The vineyard extends over 2 hectares of clay-limestone to sandy-loamy soil. It is planted with 60% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Franc and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. The average age of the vineyard is 25 years.

The harvest is manual or mechanical with manual and mechanical sorting.
The wine making is done in thermo-regulated concrete tanks. Aging is carried out in oak vats and steves for 2 months.

The annual production is 20,000 bottles.
